Clinical Genetics Research

Our research is involved with identifying the genes that cause many eye diseases and translating this into improved patient care. We have extensive collaboration with genetics and eye researchers throughout Australia and internationally with projects into the causes of glaucoma, cataract, macular degeneration, retinal detachments, strabismus, ptosis and optic atrophy.
